| SurveyAgent 1 - "No Password" or "Public Password" survey |
1. The questionnaire is created by the customer and delivered to DataInstitutet. It is then converted into a web form and uploaded.
2. The customer contacts the participants and informs them of the survey.
3. When the survey is completed, DataInstitutet returns the questionnaire as well as the respondents' data in a Business Intelligence file to the customer. Business Intelligence enables you to analyze, make statistic calculations and present the results. The data can also be returned as an Excel-file or a text-file.

1. The questionnaire is created by the customer and delivered to DataInstitutet. It is then converted into a web form and uploaded.
2. The customer sends the e-mail addresses of the participants as a text-file to DataInstitutet.
3. Each respondent receives, via e-mail, a hyperlink to the questionnaire with a unique password. In this way you
are able to monitor participant authenticity as well as ensure that only one response per participant is
submitted.
4. Two targeted reminders are included in the price.
5. When the survey is completed, DataInstitutet returns the questionnaire as well as the respondents' data in a
Business Intelligence file to the customer. Business Intelligence enables you to analyze, make statistic
calculations and present the results. The data can also be returned as an Excel-file or a text-file.
