Create survey (1)
The first step is to create a basic questionnaire in Business Intelligence 6.5.
State the path to the questionnaire. The questionnaire is then uploaded to the Internet server.
Create survey (2)
Fill in the administrative information as well as the information that will be seen on the web form, i.e. heading, introduction, and/or closing text.
Choose the type of survey. The alternatives from which to choose are "Unprotected" survey, "Public password" survey, or "E-mail" circular with a direct link.
Click on "Create new". The questionnaire will then automatically be converted into a web form.
Create survey (3)
The survey is now created.
As the administrator you can see the result, (see step 7).
If you have chosen the E-mail circular then the consignments can be made either right away, (see step 4), or at a later date.
Send E-mail with a personal ID-code.
Indicate to which survey the E-mail circulars are directed.
Fill in the optional subject field, message field, and text ahead of the URL-link.
State whether the circular is a standard consignment or a reminder.
Administer surveys
All the surveys created are displayed on an index page where it is possible to, for example, monitor how many replies have been received. The index page also works as an interface where the administrator is able to handle the surveys in many different ways, e.g.:
Create links
Import data
Download the questionnaire/s
Delete survey
Deactivate/activate survey
Send E-mail with a personal ID-code.
When the E-mail circulars are sent, the respondents receive a direct link to the web questionnaire (see picture).
Every link generates a unique ID-code for every respondent with a retained anonymity.
The ID-code functions as a password as well as enabling the administrator to ensure that each respondent participates only once per survey.
Questionnaire
This is how the questionnaire may appear in standard form (see picture).
Of course it is possible to add company specifications e.g. logotypes etc. This is also possible in regards to the closing text, which is presented after the respondent has saved or sent the reply.
